This project is a tenant finish out/retro fit for Bartleby’s Foods. This will include a production kitchen space, shipping and receiving bay, retail space, dry storage, and office areas. It is a complex job due to the preexisting conditions in the space as well as the aggressive schedule we have built for it.

A mixed use project including dense retail lease spaces on the lower levels, leasable office and business spaces on the upper floor, and public space additions adjacent to Walter Turnbow Park and the NWA Greenway.
