It is with deep sadness that we at Buffalo Builders mourn the sudden and tragic loss of our Chief of Staff, Jamie Schneider. Jamie was a remarkable leader who brought passion, dedication and a unique perspective to our team.
Jamie had a special talent for bringing people together and inspiring us to think outside of our comfort zones. Her contributions are evident in the testimonials of our team.
“Jamie was a leader, I learned that very early. She liked being involved and liked collaborating with all of us at our retreats and really pushed all of us old guys around, which is hard to do with us, we’re kinda set in our ways. But she managed to make us change, that’s a talent,” our VP of Central Arkansas Trey Williams recalled.
When speaking about Jamie and her impact, CFO Mike Philips said “Jamie meant so much to us in so many ways. I probably learned more from Jamie in the year and a half that I knew her than anyone else on the team. She would challenge me time and time again.”
Jamie’s legacy will continue to inspire us to prioritize our well-being, even in the midst of demanding work schedules. Her kind and empathetic nature made her an invaluable part of our team. She was an exceptional leader, colleague, and friend, and we are forever grateful for the time we had with her.
When describing Jamie, our CEO Jacy Daugherty referred to her as “our constant cheerleader, the glue that held us all together and kept us in check. She will be deeply missed and has left a deep hole in our organization.”
To Jamie’s family, we offer our deepest condolences. We know that she was not only an extraordinary colleague but also an amazing daughter, sister, and friend. We hope that you find comfort in knowing how much she was loved and appreciated by all of us.
