Tractor Supply Co.
Buffalo Builders completed a 21,000 sq. ft. indoor retail space with an adjacent 20,000 sq. ft. outdoor display area for Tractor Supply Co. in 2024. The project, located in multiple locations including Sanford and Oakland, Florida, was executed under a Negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract valued between $3 million and $5 million, with a schedule of 150 days.
FedEx Ground Distribution Facilities
Buffalo Builders completed four FedEx Ground distribution facilities between 2016 and 2017, ranging from 45,000 to 250,000 square feet, in locations including San Angelo, TX; Lowell, AR; Little Rock, AR; Pittsburg, KS; Dodge City, KS; and South Houston, TX. These projects, executed under compressed schedules and bid/negotiated design-build delivery systems, involved comprehensive services from site preparation to the installation of advanced mechanical and electrical systems.
Crain Kia
Buffalo Builders completed a 25,960 sq. ft. Crain Kia dealership in Fayetteville, Arkansas, in 2023. The project, designed by MBL Architecture, was executed under a compressed schedule with a contract value of $7 million.
Love’s Ozark Strategic Remodel
Buffalo Builders completed a strategic remodel of Love’s Store #0271 in Ozark, Arkansas, in June 2024. The $3 million, 7,778 sq. ft. project included expansions for new storage, entry, restrooms, and janitor room with merch cooler, as well as upgrades to interior and exterior finishes, and new showers and laundry facilities at the rear of the building.
