The 28 acre site at the corners of Oakwood Road and Research Park Blvd will be developed in two phases. Phase I will contain approximately 286 units while Phase II will contain the remaining 162, for a total of 448 units allowed by zoning. Two building types: a 4-story apartment building and a 3 story garden style apartment building will be sited to create various types of outdoor space arranged along a central garden spine. The garden spine will also serve as stormwater treatment. On-site parking will be distributed throughout the site, maximizing user access, while also minimizing visual impact.
