Project Overview
Renovation and expansion demolition of 98,000 sq. ft., added an additional 25,000 sq. ft. with an interior renovation and expansion of Hobby Lobby, along with adding 22 new ready-to-lease shops. Additional parking for the facility that included new irrigation and lighting. Due to historic hurricane season, everything from materials to subcontractors had to be reassessed mid-construction to achieve key turnover dates.
